The LDO/CWO In-service Procurement Board is conducted once a year by PERS-803, in January.

There are specific guidelines for application. Please consult OPNAVINST 1420.1A (Chapters 7 and 2, Appendix F) concerning general application procedures for the programs. **This is a large .pdf file and may take time to load.

There is an application review checksheet available in the “Application Help” box to the right to assist with package preparation.
Commands should include a copy of this checksheet in each package with their package review annotations. It may be stapled to the inside of the folder (left side).
