Lots of good information here… It's always good to keep up with other colleagues, who are Corpsman. I found this website on a yahoo search. I received my training at Balboa Naval Hospital and graduated 27 September 1973 and FMF training of special instruction at Camp Pendleton and graduated there 12 February 1974. I was wounding if those who have completed the course of training recently if you graduation certificate of special instruction says, Field Medical Service Technician. HM-8404 I proudly served with the Marines for 14 years. Semper Fi !
