Buddy Program

Myself and a few of my buddies in my DEP pool were talking about doing the buddy program through Boot Camp.

Here comes the dilema...

My ship date is 04 DEC 06 and if I were to do the Buddy Program, I would be leaving 01 NOV 06. What happens to me? Do I go directly to school or do I wait for a month or so until I would have graduated Boot Camp initially?

Shipmate,

If they re-write you ship date as soon as your done with Bootcamp you come over to HM "A" school. They don't keep you there as it costs them $$$$$ and they arej trying to shoot you through as fast as possible to getyou to the fleet.

Understand if they could catupult you across the street upon graduation if it was faster then taking a buss and cheaper.. they would..
