Next in order to post a message you must log in (upper right corner of home page)
after this you can scroll down on the right side and find chris's name on the Pending mission or under confirmed mission. I believe Doc P is posting it under our mission confirmed area tonight or tomorrow latest.
Click on the name and info with it and it will take you to that mission's particular page.
I am standing by in TN awaiting any other news. If you are here reading this and live near KC MO, please try to make it. His family will be overwhelmed by your presence.
I am saddened, this one hurts. I shall ride with hisname and those of other HMs in my heart. HMs let's get in there and show support to our brother's family. If I can find out more before it gets on PGR website I will pass it soonest.
ThePGR site will be a very up to the minute details type of thing. I reccomend you hit that for specifics. funeral home will be listed aswell as a possible POC there. Any active duty if you can send a caduces to the funeral home in time for Friday, have the funeral director give it to the family from all DOCs here on corpsman.com

A St. Louis City Fire Department EMT was killed while serving in Iraq.
Christopher Walsh died Monday during hostile action.
He worked for the city for the past four years.
He was 30-years-old.
The St. Louis City fire department tells News 4 Walsh joined the Navy reserves two years ago, then headed to Iraq in January.

DoD Identifies Navy Casualty
The Department of Defense announced today the death of a sailor who was supporting Operation Iraqi Freedom.
Petty Officer 2nd Class Christopher G. Walsh, 30, of St. Louis, Mo. died Sept. 4 while his unit was conducting combat operations against enemy forces in Al Anbar province, Iraq.
Walsh was serving as a corpsman with Multi National Corps Iraq. He was assigned to the Navy Reserve 3rd Battalion, 24th Regiment, 4th Marine Division, Bridgetown, Mo.
