Anyone take the advancement exam?

Hey I was just wondering if anyone took the HM3 exam? If so, what did you think? I just got out of that test, not too sure how I did. Does anyone have any predictions on advancement quotas this cycle?

I took the 2nd class exam felt pretty good about it, i heard the 3rd was a little difficult this year. Well your evals play a greater role on the point system now i think it make up about 60% of your final multiple. So hopefully you had an EP or MP on your workshit and you should be straight provided you did ok on the exam

haha, yeah I believe he meant worksheet.. Yeah I returned frrom deployment in March, they gave me an MP because I was told... "What you did on deployment doesn't count because we didn't see you performing those tasks.." So therefore I was given an MP... Whatever.. but yeah I have 6 award points going into it as well, and I studied my hind end off for the past 3 months, so hopefully it will be a good turnout for me. How was that 2nd exam? My buds all said that 1st and 2nd class exams were fairly easy this cycle.. haha, that was not true for the 3rd, that test was hard, and I really studied. but anyways, good luck on making 2nd bro, i hope to hear you got it come Nov...

I took the 1st class exam and found that I should be an AW...cuz there isnt anything about my job on an HM exam...
