It is unfortunate, but I had to BAN a user for 7 days today due to some inflammatory (Immature) posts they had done. They had been warned and decided in their own worst judgment not to heed the warning.
Look, I am for free speech and all, but you had better get used to not speaking your mind when it can offend others NOW. Once in the Military if you use crap like that you will be put up on charges, EEO does not play.
I gave 7 days for a cooling off effect, I hope it works, and they learn. Water under the bridge. If not I bid them adieu..
