Hey all,
Sorry I've been gone for what seems like forever, but here is the latest with hubby and I. We moved over the Labor Day weekend into our new house in Wyoming and have been busy getting things set up with that. We rent a older house that seems to take a lot more care than we thought it would. I took a job at the local hospital as a Surg Tech. FT hours don't leave much time with the family much less anything else. (Even my guild on WoW has faltered and subsequently closed.)
The baby is now 18 mos old and beautiful as ever. I work while she goes to daycare. She seems to be adjusting well and likes it, which is a good thing since soon it will be almost the only thing she will know.
Hubby got his orders for IRAQ last week and ships out end of October, so there is alot going on with him getting ready to deploy. He's a Seabee Reservist swapping over to active duty when he returns late next year. It's going to be tough for me having to do the single parent thing while he is gone, but being a Navy wife (and service member myself) the last 10 years of my life I should be ok. I'm worried about him going to Iraq, but I hope and pray he will be ok. I wonder what our daughter will think/feel as she will be on the verge of three before he comes home?
I'll try and post as often as I can, but I really don't know how often that will be.
