"Rapid Response"

I'm hoping someone might have some info on this: I'm currently IAP and am applying for billets in the CMS. I'm an HM2.

I saw something called, "NMSC Rapid Response" and was wondering about it. Is that the unit that gets called up for things like disasters and other emergencies? I had heard about something like that, where you had to be able to deploy with 72 hours notice.

Does anyone have any info on this?
