Hi,
I am looking to join reserves and already have finished college, i want to go green and still after reading the NCS/NPSB file on the home page am having some trouble figuring out which is better for me. I would love to get a sign on bonus or money to help pay off my student loans, and i want to go through boot camp, then straight to A school then on to C school. can this be done (back to back to back). or do you need to put your time in somewhere and then go on to C school? thanks to anyone who can help guide me. and thanks to the makers of this site, its really helped me answer a bunch of questions.

skalseth,
They are all back to back to back.. But the bonus money comes in with the NPSB program, not the NCS program. BUT The NCS program has a College loan reapayment program as well..

That being said, If your Full Active your entitled to the Full GI Bill, while it doesn't pay for your school, if your going for your MASTERS it does help there.

Hope this helps..

Thanks Chief,
Can you tell me what happens after C school, do you get attached to a marine divison in your area? What if you wanna move out of state?

Chief;

Are they now again offering 'C' schools out of 'A' school now?

They always have been depending on what is available. I put up a message last week of what was out and needed now..

Depends on when you apply etc..
