Graduation Ticket questions

I know we get three tickets for graduation...however I have the two following questions:

1. Do kids count. My mom and dad and wife and daughter wish to come to my graduation. My daughter is 8 years old if that makes any difference. Does she count against a ticket?

2. If so. Is it possible to negotiate with other people who may or may not be having people come to get their tickets. Lets say my shipmate is from Guam and no one is coming. If he is willing can I get all 3 of his tickets?

With me leaving tomorrow everyone of course is calling today and to my suprise my parents actually want to come to graduation...so sorry for the late question :)

Yeah this sucks chief...you have done so much for me both here on the forums and mentally in terms of my preparation for boot and HM school...was hoping to see you so i could in some way pay you back...have NO worries...once I get both into HM school and all around I will promote the site and help make it something for everyone like it was for me.
