I would have to say that they just get a kick out of us being scared s$itless. Also they want to be all manly and be like it is just a movie and you will be alright. ;-)

lol, until us manly men have terrible nightmares and climb under the covers. Like the covers can actually save us!

We have a two story home and in the master bedroom, we have this 'vent'. This vent travels in the wall to the first floor laundry room where the AC/heater and hot water heater is in a closet. The family room is right next to it.

I loved it when a scary movie was on in the family room, I would sneak upstairs and talk into it with a disguised voice. lol Whoooooooooooo When the kids were little they would run to mommie and I would really get it then.
