View Full Version : New Devil Doc signing in
My service was with the 2d Mar Div assigned to 1/6 and 1/2 as Sr. Corpsman for a company of Marines. I was attached to them from 95 to 97. I was injured during a training exercise and I still think back to the fun that I had with the "War Pigs"!!! I have since gotten out of medicine and am a builder in Atlanta. I am joining to connect with others that are part of the brotherhood of Docs.
Thanks for listening

When were you with 1/6, I was with A-co in 98 we may have worked with some of the same Doc's and Marines, if that is were you were when you Med Sep. I also was injured when I was with 1/6 and they transfered me to the hospital and I finished my days in the security department there.

I was there in 95 and 96. I was injured in March 96 during a pre-deployment work up. I was with weapons company. As a jr. Doc and Sr. Doc. I have never pt'd as hard as when I was with 1/6. I was sent to the Hospital in Admissions. I could not stand it and I re applied for field assignments and got 1/2 Alpha co. I was with 1/2 about seven months more and re-injured my back again during Corpsman Cup and was sep 12/2/97
While you were with 1/6 was Gysgt Delaughter still attached. I do not remember the chiefs name or our MD. I will never forget Gunny Delaughter.
