Carolina Panthers receiver Dwayne Jarrett has been arrested and charged with driving while impaired.The Mecklenburg County Sheriff's Office said Jarrett was pulled over in Charlotte at 3 a.m. Tuesday. He was released on $1,000 bond.The team called what happened "unacceptable" and said the Panthers were still gathering information.Jarrett was Carolina's second-round pick last year, but struggled as a rookie.
