As a parent of corpsman (past, present or future) it is expected that you will have questions about the job your son/daughter has chosen.

What is expected of them, what kind of training will they receive, where will they be serving, all kinds of things come to mind.

Especially when you know your child is leaving on deployment. Hey, we are parents, we worry (that is part of the job description). :)
We are here to support our sons/daughters in their decision to become US Navy Corpsman but we also need to support each other. If you have any questions/concerns/gripes/bitches or complaints feel free to post them here.

If you need to talk to someone/vent because your child just left for deployment and no one around you seems to understand why it is tearing out your heart. Know this . . . we are here for you. Because we are parents of corpsman too. We know what you are going through because most of us have been through it ourselves.

Please take a minute and post a little about yourself and your corpsman kid :) We want to know you.

We have open chat every Tuesday evening from 9-11pm Eastern in the E-Club Chat. Please stop in and say hi.

Hope to talk to all you parents soon

DeeDee and I, both are parents of Corpsman and came here to learn more about what our Corpsman are doing and to get straight answers about the Navy and the Corpsman field.

We have a vast amount of Active Duty, Reserve, Retired and former Corpsman personnel who have the experience and knowledge to provide you with the most accurate and up to date information.

This is a wonderful community and we do support one another.
