The Atlanta Falcons have agreed to terms with record-setting kicker Jason Elam, who is leaving Denver after 15 seasons with the Broncos.A source familiar with the negotiations, speaking on condition of anonymity because the deal had not been officially announced, said the 37-year-old Elam would be joining the Falcons.
