I saw it Wednesday and it is an okay flick.
The movie may have been "inspired" by a true story, but the movie certainly was not "based" on a true story. There is a lot of artistic lisence and Hollywood moments with the facts. Probably the only things left from the true story are MIT, Las Vegas, and a smart guy playing Black Jack. I feel it is aimed more towards HS students or college freshmen and of course the young upstart knows more than the seasoned pro's and dazzles everybody else.
