Greeting all!
As my signature will indicate, I'm working to become a profesional military historian. As a retired sailor, I have nothing but the highest admiration for the corpsmen (and women) past present and future.
This post is to ask questions about the past.
My master's "thesis" (my school calls it something else) is on the technology used at the Battle of Tarawa 20 Nov '43 - 23 Nov '43. I know nothing about WW II corpsmen! I need a crash course as it were (well not really a high speed course. I've got till August to finish writing) on their equipment, uniforms, and the things I don't even know enough to ask!
