Fleet Returnee

I'm sure this isn't the first time this question has been asked but.......As a 3rd class fleet returnee with my pin, what should I expect from A School? Anything different than someone from bootcamp? What's the policy on POV's? Duty? Any information will be greatly appreciated. Thanks. -QM3

Congrats on your pin and being a 3rd Class..

That being said.. No difference other then you will probably have a leadership position. Your a student, No room bennies, etc..

You are allowed your POV, but I would highly discourage bringing it unless your coming from a ship and have to. Understand you are there to learn, plain and simple..

A lot of Fleet Returnee's get in trouble, and have a "PRIMA-DONNA" Simplex. Your trying to join our rate and until you do, your still a student.

If you go in knowing you really are there to learn, and do so you will become a part of the best rate in the Navy.

One last question.. you married?

I echo what Chief says, remember you are a student and your primary job here is to graduate as a Hospital Corpsman. All else is secondary.
