Can you elaborate on these. Looks like this is what the instructors use to rate a students ability during the labs, am I correct?

To be honest I don't know. That is what I downloaded from NKO. But yes it does look like input from the Instructor about the student

I hate to be the bearer of bad news, but those lab sheets are no longer what are used here. They are good for general referance, however they are not exactly what we use here.

well that is what is on NKO. So I guess they need to update as well :) But it is still a good reference.
