Hmmm,....
Since TCCC has become somewhat of a buzzword, not everything you read meets USN/USMC standards. For most newbs I would stick to official material put out by FMTB, NOMI, or Capt Butler.
Visit the NOMLL links below and knock yourself out with all the material, but do not post it here. There is a reason it is only available with CAC login. Some of the material is also FOUO.

TCCC Information Repository

In the meantime, you might want to provide a document title and description for the links you provided so people know what the files are and how big they are.

This is what one receives as a response when attempting to access the above links:
CAUTION
YOU HAVE ATTEMPTED TO ACCESS A UNITED STATES DEPARTMENT OF DEFENSE COMPUTER SYSTEM
ACCESS TO THIS SYSTEM IS RESTRICTED TO UNITED STATES CITIZENS IN THE SERVICE OF THE UNITED STATES GOVERNMENT (GOVT, DOD, INTERAGENCY,CONTRACTOR)
ACCESS TO THIS SYSTEM IS RESTRICTED TO PROPERLY CERTIFICATED COMMON ACCESS CARD USERS ONLY
IF YOU FEEL YOU HAVE BEEN INCORRECTLY DENIED ACCESS TO THIS
SYSTEM CONTACT THE LESSONS LEARNED SUPPORT OFFICE AT: (703) 432-1279
A RECORD IS MADE OF EVERY LOGIN ATTEMPT
CAUTION
Probably not a good idea to post these eh??
The items I posted are not from those links. they are material I have downloaded from public sites or was given.
I get that response from the following:
TCCC Information Repository
https://www.mccll.usmc.mil/nomi/spec...fm&&ssiteid=55 (https://www.mccll.usmc.mil/nomi/speciality.cfm?disp=site.cfm&&ssiteid=55)
Again caution! Not sure if you having a CAC reader makes the difference.

A CAC reader makes almost all the difference.
ACCESS TO THIS SYSTEM IS RESTRICTED TO PROPERLY CERTIFICATED COMMON ACCESS CARD USERS ONLY
A Common Access Card (CAC) with PKI certs, CAC PIN, CAC reader, and DoD security certificate (browser installed) is required to access the site. Everyone in the military should have a CAC. All Corpsmen should enhance their capabilities and empower themselves by obtaining CAC reader access on their personal PC's outside of the office. CAC readers are most often provided free by the command but may also be purchased for $20 to $60 depending on how extravagant you get.
For CAC details, visit:
http://www.cac.mil/CardInfo.html
three CAC PKI certificates (identity, e-mail signature, and e-mail encryption)
DoD cert
https://wwwa.nko.navy.mil/portal/splash/pki.jsp
Navy InfoSec
https://infosec.navy.mil/
Mil domain or CAC login required, but this site provides authorized users with FREE antivirus and firewall software for their home PC's. The site also has everything you need for PKI and CAC reader installation.
So much of everything in the military is online now and much of it cannot be touched without a CAC. Since the Navy provides everything at no cost to the sailor at my command, I mandate that all my Doc's do it. It can be a headache at first as you get everything installed and work out the bugs, but it is well worth it.

I got a chance to look at some of the files and that is Army CMAST. Many of the principles of Combat Medic Advanced Skills Training (CMAST) are identical to TCCC, but "technically" it is not TCCC and there are some variations.
Officially the military and contracting entities that work for the military do not like to have the graphic images available to the public. Images of US casualites posted on the internet for whatever reason (to include medical training) are often later used against us. The tourniquet training aid becomes a terrorist recruitment ad, anti-US propaganda, or anti-war activist's poster.
The animal footage is used by animal rights activists to create public outcry. The activists pressure politicians to prohibit the ability to conduct such experiments in the future and eliminate "live tissue labs" from military training. That is one reason OEMS became such a hot button issue and it is so much harder to send Corpsmen to that training now.
Yes, much of this stuff is "high speed training" but it is not meant for newbs and it is not meant for public distribution. Improperly trained medical procedures can do more harm than good. The material might also freak out some of the family members that cruise the site and cause additional unnecessary stress within the military family. It sure would suck if I recognized and knew the warriors in the pictures.
The material is extremely appropriate and on the mark for your intended audience of fellow Corpsmen, but the public posting enables a much larger audience to access the files and I think some of the material is inappropriate for that larger audience. For these reasons and others, more things are getting labelled FOUO and being moved to websites requiring CAC login. The free flow of unlimited information is a double edged sword that sometimes comes back to cut you or your fellow warriors.
Just something to think about and consider.

So is there any way now to get to an OEMS course?

It is much more difficult than it used to be, but it is still possible for some people to make it happen. Typically you will need to be assigned to Marine unit about to deploy and attend a command sponsored event. The command will typically be responsible for paying the whole bill and will not be able to get Navy training funds.

I will let you know how it is. They just changed the directorate (Chief I will find it as soon as i know where to look) and ALL corpsman assigned to any kind of platform is required to take this course every two years. This being the case I will be taking our first course here at the command on Monday and it goes all week. Cant wait!
