Actually Chief, I'm into Sailors...no offense Doc Pardue. I married a sailor/NYPD detective. I've met plenty of Army men, and they just like to get drunk alot...lol. Now is that sterotyping or what? So Pardue, my Daddy's 66 and served in Nam...so I guess if you are near that, then yeah you could be my Pop.... Kinda sounds like the Chief is a little jealous though!:P

Tell your pop WELCOME HOME from me, it's a Nam thing that he will understand. So your husband is one of NY's finest. I was a Detective in Newport News, Va for about 10 years in the Juvenile Division, and then the Burglary Division. So he and I have something in common.

Now...now...Missy I am 30 years your senior...a little stereotyping goes along way. I don't drink so I look at this way, I saved thousands of dollars over the years and it saved me from going home with ugly women.

It does sound like the Chief is still on drugs but, you might be right, he is a little jealous, maybe because I didn't give him a flower...yea it's the drugs.

Hey, little lady, I am one of the guys who picked Arizona, Detroit ain't much better being 2-7. Did you forget when Arizona was leading Chicago 20-0, so they can give a team a big can of wup-ass. Yep I know Dad will know what you mean. I have heard plenty of Nam stories...some of them make you sick to your stomache. Dad don't drink either....so it's not all the Army boys....but a good few.

Yep husband is an MA in the Navy Reserves and a seventeen year veteran with the NYPD. He has 29 months till retirement. He was 8 years undercover in Narcotics. Now he's on a team that investigates the Mafia. Pretty interesting stuff...so yeah I guess you two have some things in common.

Anyway, I have to let you have AZ, since you do live there...but honestly....I lived there too, once. They have been a BAD team for some years now...maybe you'll get a surprise win out of it...but if you don't, since it looks like we had a lot of the same picks....that'll be the one to put me over the top for the week!!! Whew hoo!!! hehehe...so uh good luck...you'll need it. And if I am wrong......well I'll eat my words and like it.
