Advancement from E1 to E2

How can an E1 attending HM "A" school advance to E2? (I tried reading some of the bupers information and was ready to jump off a bridge, any translation?). E1 graduated bootcamp Oct 27th.

Its only 9 months for E1 - E2 and 9 months from E2-E3. It will pass before you even know it.
