When you become an HM, are you able to apply to 18 Delta school?

I suppose the easy answer is "Yes" (you can apply for anything). However, you are highly unlikely to get the school unless you are in the pipeline for SpecOps, so the practical answer is "No" (there must be a "need" for you to go)

US Army John F Kennedy Special Warfare Center and School (USAJFKSWCS), Fort Bragg, NC
Joint Special Operations Medical Training Center (JSOMTC), Fort Bragg, NC

The Special Forces Medical Sergeants Course consists of the 24-week Special Operations Combat Medic Course and an additional 22-week training cycle that completes the 18Ds medical training. All SpecOp Medics and Corpsman attend SOMC (Army Rangers & Special Forces, Air Force Para-Rescue, Navy SEALs, and Marine Force Recon & MARSOC) and many continue on with the SFMS Course.
