As mentioned previously, Canadian consumers and ISPs worried about network neutrality will be holding a rally this morning from 11:30 to 1:30 (http://www.netneutralityrally.ca/) on Parliament Hill in Ottawa. Teksavvy CEO Rocky Gaudrault will be speaking at the event, and has been spearheading discussion in our Teksavvy forum (http://www.corpsman.com/forum/r20529401-Rally-Reminders). As we've been covering, the network neutrality debate flared up in Canada after Bell Canada decided to throttle P2P traffic on wholesale network competitors, initially without bothering to tell them (http://www.corpsman.com/shownews/92973). The move prevents competing ISPs from offering better service than Bell offers via their own throttled Sympatico DSL service.
