Blue to Green for 8404

Does anybody have any more info on the Blue to Green program the Army is running as it applies to FMF Corpsman? The rumor I heard is that switching over to Combat Medic will get you the same rank you now hold, 45,000 for a 4 yr enlistment, and choice of duty station? Is there any validity to this?

There's not really any mention of specific bonuses for a corpsman making the switch.

Would the program require any additional time tacked on to your contract?
