Two Top Shiite Extremists Surrender

Two Shiite militia leaders surrendered to American Soldiers, while housands of supporters of Shiite cleric Muqtada al-Sadr protested against an agreement which could keep U.S. troops here for years. The arrests occurred on the eve of Prime Minister Nouri al-Maliki's trip to Shiite-dominated Iran.
