RAND: Pakistan Govt Groups Aid Taliban

Members of Pakistan's intelligence services and its paramilitaries are supporting Taliban insurgents who enter Afghanistan to attack U.S. and NATO forces, according to the RAND Corp. And unless the Taliban bases inside Pakistan are not eliminated, the Afghan government will face long-term, crippling consequences.
