Sar & Recon

Goodmorning to everyone today. Well i just want to here some insight for the SAR and RECON pipelines. I know a little on both but i just want the down and dirty for the two. You know how it is, you ask someone about the job they do and they through out all the good stuff. all you here is how great the job is!!! well i want to hear the down side to the job as well you know? anyways as you may imagine i am closer to the SAR side of the house because i am a avt but i also am considering RECON. i am physical ready for the pipelines i think( I run a 7:19 mile and half, 16:30 3 mile, 98 push-ups, 110 situps, 24 pull ups and i have done many many marathons and triathlons. not to mention i ran track for the better part of my 22 years!) anyways i love medicine and i understand that training wise RECON has some kick ass traning for us. so if anyone can just shot some info my way i would greatly appretiate it!
