Drop out rate 50%?

My friend who was just at Corps A School told me good luck because there is a 50% drop out rate. Is this true? And if there is such a high drop out rate, then how come and would that mean they failed tests or just partied to much and dropped out?

All answers will be helpful considering I will be going to Corps School soon, Thank you!

First, did your friend graduate Corps School?

Secondly, you are going to hear an awful lot of rumors from people.

People fail out of Corps school for various reasons. One of them is they party too much, don't do their homework and don't take notes. When they do that, then yes, they 'fail' tests!

The material is presented at the 8th grade level. There is a bunch of material to cover within those 96 days of school. So, you need to study, and understand the material presented.

Also, underage drinking is an automatic dis-enrollment.

Don't concentrate on the negative things, rather think on the successes in life.

Passing Rate at Corps School above 90% pass the school. So I don't know where your Friends head is at, but would advise doing a "HEIMLICH MANEUVER" to see if his head pops out of his ass!

50% ?! Naw, I think the instructors would be in a world of trouble if that happened.

The instructors wouldn't be in too much trouble...as much as we try to better the quality of NHCS and the HM, we don't have a 50% drop rate, although that would be pretty funny, bordering on BUD/S.
