It looks like American Airlines and Aircell will conduct the first dress rehearsal of their in-flight broadband service this week, according to The Dallas Morning News (http://www.dallasnews.com/sharedcontent/dws/bus/stories/062508dnbusaainternet.d0e3e1.html). The service will be tested on a round trip flight between New York's JFK Airport and Los Angeles, with broader trials beginning in a couple of weeks. Aircell's service was recently branded as GoGo (http://www.corpsman.com/shownews/92587), delivers 2Mbps per each customer, and will cost customers $12.95 for cross-country flights, and $9.95 on flights of three hours or less.
