New Law Eases Citizenship Path for Troops

After three years of work by the mother of U.S. Army Spc. Kendell Frederick and two Maryland Democrats, President Bush signed the Kendell Frederick Citizenship Assistance Act, which is meant to ease the citizenship process for members of the military.
