I remember something I came across a long time ago while up late researching for my rate. I found a page with listings of different things to go into in the HM rate and one of them said Humanitarian. Was I reading that right? Can you get into that? If so, how? I've been searching all over for the site again and I can't find it, just to make sure of what I think I saw.

I am not quite sure what your question is?

Do we do Humanitarian missions? Yes, we worked the Sunami last year, earthquakes etc..

You can't volunteer for it though, if your platform goes you go. If your locked into a "MARINE" Platform, you most likely will be going somewhere elese, if you have USS MERCY, or USS COMFORT billet then yes you have a chance of doinga mission like this.
