There are often important differences in specific details between Navy Medicine and Army Medicine, but a lot of things are pretty damn close. If you cannot find a Navy publication covering a particular subject, rather than reinvent the wheel or stumble blindly, try looking at an Army pub for some initial guidance and ideas. While it might not work every time, they could have the answer you are searching for in a ready made solution.
