I am posting this link to another thread to spread the word about these free programs. Various programs are designed specifically for military personnel, military spouses, military children, and military families. The programs may be of great assistance to you, your family, or someone you know in ways you never imagined. Even if you cannot take advantage of the services in 2008, maybe you can refer a friend or start planning for 2009.
