Top Admiral Calls for Action on Diversity

Sixty years after President Harry Truman integrated the military, the Navy's top admiral, Adm. Gary Roughead , said that more must be done to diversify the ranks -- especially at the top. "The time for talk is over. The only thing that matters now is action," the chief of naval operations said.
