:not:Hi everyone - my daughter just got orders to go to Kuwait in January. Of course I dont know any details but parents of kids over there please let me know any helpful hints,,, IE the best things to send to them. Please any advise or help would be greatly appreciated.

What is she doing there? the war is in Iraq!

She will have a prety good exchange store there, and some of the bases even have McDonalds, Subway, Green bean Coffee, KFC, etc. She might need calling cards and maybe an infusion of $$ once in a while. i would wait till she gets there and lets you know what she needs. Most things can be had at the base. Good luck!
