Thanks all for a wonderful league.. Stick around for baseball league next!! I will post the rules and such so you can decide if you want to get into it.. I am thinking of a 5.00 buy in for the league so I can buy a "CORPSMAN.COM" trophy.. To be sent to the winner of the league!

The commaradaie has been wonderful, from Devil Doc , Pardue, Kaymanism who is getting ready to come to Boot Camp, Dee Dee who is the mother of a devil doc in training, Poolzer who has been going to school, and transferring trying to find time for his G-Friend and whining about being a AVT now.. ;-)

Ok, my strategy is to pick opposite of Doc Pardue, that way I can possibly take the win from him. There is no thought and I don't even necessarily think these teams will win, but this is the only way for me to win! So here are my picks.....aside from the Oakland vs Jets game, they are all opposite of Doc P.....I think my rationale on that game is obvious!

Hmmmm this game is getting interesting! Well I think I will still go with the same strategy as before...because if the picks I got actually work out, I still win. I know everything there is to know about salami: there is salami and cheesesandwitches, there is salami and crackers and cheese, there is salami on deli sandwitches, there is salami you can eat just plain, there is plain salami, cotto salami, and hard salami, there is no way that salami and mayo taste good, there is always a good salami with a coat of mustard, there is salami on rye, salami can be served cold, warm or hot, you eat it in a chair, while flying in the air, you can share salami with a friend, maybe even drink some gin, you can have it while traveling by train, even if you were to go to Spain, salami is good at the game or when you are feeling a little insane...

This seems like something Pardue might do...so thought I'd share this little story:

An old married couple no sooner hit the pillows, when the old man passes gas and says, "Seven Points."

His wife rolls over and says, "What in the world was that?" The old man replied, "It's fart football."

A few minutes later the old woman lets one go and says, "Touchdown, tie score."

About 5 minutes later the old man lets another one go and says, "Aha, I'm ahead 14 to 7."

Not to be outdone, the woman rips out another one and says, "Touchdown, tie score."

I don't have that NEC per say. I am going to TCCC and Combat Lifesaver Instructor Course this week. Don't know if that makes any difference or not. I am also the training P.O. in my unit. What dates do you have open for that school?

Well, this has been a fun few weeks picking on you all. I have been asked how do I pick my teams and I honestly don't have anything that I used other than how many games won and lost record and I go with the one who has won more games. Standing in front of a M113, an Armour Personnel Carrier. The guy next to me was one of our Tiger Scouts,he got wounded and I fixed him up. He wanted me to be in the picture when he got hisPurple Heart. This was June 1968, he died in August 1968 during another battle. We were Recon and were on patrol when he hit a trip wire and got hit with a bouncing betty mine.
