So i have 1 all the way in, the others aren't doing anything right now...
It isn't impacted it came in totally straight and normal

are they still going to pull that crap?

They did for my own son. Navy pulled all 4 at RTC, even though he did not have any problems with his wisdom teeth. Healed up nicely and did not miss any training. oorah!

I can't speak for the Navy, but this was the position I was in as well. They pulled the one that was in because it was so far back in my mouth that my dentist was worried I would not be able to get to it well enough to clean it and was afraid it would not only get a cavity in it, but also cause problems for the molar beside it.

No big deal. Just like pulling any other tooth. I drove home with a wad of gauze in my mouth and talked a little funny until the novacaine wore off, but other than that, I went home and did laundry that day. LOL

I just had my top 2 pulled. As in just about an hour ago. Not bad at all.

Yeah I think they do. So far it has been ensure and melted ice cream. I tried sticking pizza in the blender but yeah that doesn't work. I just hate to see left over pizza go to waste!

I had all four of mine pulled while stations at Naval Hospital Oakland, while waiting for Lab School to start. Because I stayed in the barracks and had no one to watch me, I was admitted overnight because of the IV sedation.

Other than eating "blended" food for a week, I had no problems. Finally got sick of the blended food and suffered through a hot dog.

sounds like its a wrap for that tooth but what about if you already have all 4 and no problems i know the army didnt pull them and no cavitys to speak of

I heard you didn't have to have them pulled unless they might cause problems later on. My mother's a dental hygentist and says mine looks fine-- I only have the one and I never got some of my other molars either.
