As a CPO and IDC, I am often asked about military standards within Navy medicine. For years my favorite resource has been a website called "Virtual Naval Hospital" - it has a pleothera of officially endorsed references available online. The website is very intuitive and easy to use. Best of all......no registration required!

The reference material serves all communities of Navy medicine. Also, those looking for bibliography material just might find what they are looking for. Check it out and pass it on.

Yeah I was right it hasn't been budgeted since last year. A lot of info is missing or is old. I would be careful on what you use there. I would "NOT" use it as a ref for studying for advancement.

I cannot argue the validity of your statement - however, it is there as a resource - I use it regularly.
