Looking for my HM school instructor HMC Jeff Mitchell. I went to HM school in San Diego, CA class 92165. Last seen in June of 93 at my FMF graduation. Please email any leads to tracifmfdoc@comcast.net (mailto:tracifmfdoc@comcast.net). I believe him to be retired by now, so this could be difficult. Thanks!

Depends....do I owe you any money? If not then.....yes! :D How are you doing? Long time huh? Before you even ask....yes, I am up for HMC and yes, I am studying! Was using the internet for reference for the test.

Tunney It's HMC.. From theReserve Center from the wayback machine from 98-2000..

;-)

The Mitchell I was thinking of was a HMC who was promoted to LT (Might be LCDR now) who I knew from NOLA and then up here at the hospital..

Let me know if this sounds familiar..

I knew you were up here. We've talked via email before...No can't be the same one. He knew I was from here. He would have looked me up or I would have ran into him by now. Jeff became a RN and I believe he was getting out. Too bad. Someone has to know him.

Just left the MACG-48 to get blue again. Heard a nasty rumor that you have to have diversity to be a HMC......can't be green and moldy in one place for too long (11 yrs!).

So I headed for bluer pastures over to OSHU Det-G. Tried to get on the bandwagon and go to the undisclosed NATO country they were going to (Germany), but that didn't work out in my favor. Panteleo is my HMC (hee hee- you have been gone long!) He is doing the retirement dance in March. Bennish is overseas in Iraq with 1/24. I am technically still green and assigned with MTACS-48, but playing TAD with OSHU for the eval portion if ya know what I mean?!?!?

Amazega retired as an HM1 two years ago or so....let's see who else...Oh, Ruckman is back here and posing as a HMCS :) ha ha ha! I talk to he all the time and I will fwd you her address. Um....Hedien, HM1 type took over my old LPO position with 48, she will probably be coming over to play with the blue side next year for the same reason. If I don't make HMC by 2010 Iam going to go back with my boys and finish out my "life" happy and green. Keep your fingers crossed in Feb.

That's all the gossip I have....my search for Jeffisn't going so well, but at least I found A Chief. Oh, speaking of finding a Chief....Marrying a UTC in December of 08. Finally off the market. Going to apply to Guiness Records for Female HM who has been stationed with the Marines for over 15 years who managed not to 1. have a baby by any of them and B. Not marry a Marine. Should be able to get in! :D Oh, and no Rocephin injections either! That should clinch my nomination!

Marines were at HM school to have BITS training. HM's figured out long ago starting with my "reign" as LPO how to avoid going! It's now a tradition. All it is is safety training. We do the lecture on HIV/AIDS and show the 1980 movie about it! Nobody pays any attention to the HIV portion, it's all just a fashion critique! And we can't deviate from that topic like on HM1 who shall remain nameless who thought it a nice idea to do the Hep B talk considering they were getting vaccinated for it that day....I won't complain about that and the grief I got for changing the topic.

Other than all that....what have you been up to?
