Well it is about time for the Hubby to come home after Corps school and Dental school. I would like some tips on how to get him used to what has been going on in our home with the kids. I have been relaxed with the kids and trying to enjoy them so they of course are out of control. Any tips to help me help him to get used to our lifestyle at home would be much appreciated.
Certainly, tell the kids to go to daddy now, you're shift is done. Ahh there's nothing like screaming kids to help you relax and get back into the ole swing of things. lol
Be sure to congratulate him on his graduation and wish him fair winds and following seas.
Have him change a few diapers. lol I'm so glad I'm past all that. My kids are now grown. lol
Best of luck.

Thanks for the help. He actually came home a week early. He is defiantly computer and TV deprived from school. LOL Can't seem to get him away from the computer. Oh well guess I am just going to have to learn how to give orders. The kids are so happy there daddy is home. I am still busy as a bee a mothers job is never done.

WOO HOOO! Honey, I'm on the computer again!! WOO HOOO! Oh, and the televisions are on. The TV in the computer room AND the one in the living room just in case I walk away from the computer (improbable, I know) and need something. Can't miss those self-help shows and infomercials! WOO HOO!
Mark - shouldn't you be using this time to catch up on the Soaps???

Mark,
When your done, Go out and buy some shoes, and some handbags.. Jeez.. Are you a woman??
Go out and dig a Hole or something.. go stand watch in front of your apartment complex. Yell at people who aren't in the proper uniform of the day!!
Come on man!! I thought we taught you better??
Seriously Congrats on being home. Now it is time to do "DAD" work. Get your ass off the couch and give your wife a break she deserves it..
My hormones are acting up.. I'm going to cry...

LMAO Mark you are a silly husband. But c'mon I want to know where my break it. Going to play pool and casino isn't a break for me it is a break for you. Hmm not fair.
<wondering> How big of a hole did you dig? And how did the people you hollered at react??? Hope you are enjoying your time at home with the family unit - keep in mind Marie has been holding this particular family unit together while you were gone - WITH NO TIME OFF - take her out to a romantical dinner - NO KIDS ALLOWED - she needs some pampering <hint hint>
so you BETTER show her how much you appreciate all she has gone through while you have been going through all you have been going through :D

Mark - Congrats on Completing Your Training. I know and fully understand how it feels to return to the family after being away. You need to give Marie a break, maybe send her to a day spa and you just take the kids to the park!
Congrats on your recent achievements. However, you are not done. You have made it to a new level. Sailor, Husband and father. The job is tough and worth it. Enjoy your leave ,but don't forget your new responsibilities. To be a good sailor and corpsman you need support . Remember your family will be there for you. However , when you have the opertunity to be with them , you have to be there for them. I know you have been deprived of the civilian freedoms, but they have been deprived of husband and father. Enjoy your leave and may your seas be calm and the wind behind you.
