Frankly, I am getting a bit tired of our leaders just putting a bandaid on the problem instead of fixing it. Our borders are still not secure and more and more illegals are slipping in. They are not all from Mexico or south of the border but from many countries in the middle east.
Our President has taken the approach of establishing a guest worker program, what I see is more and more are trying to slip in first. We need to require those who want to come here to wait their turn in line and do all the necessary things to do so legally. The best solution is to make them all go back and start the process like the ones did years ago.
You come when you are legal and you assume our language in public. We have many cases where those who came here in the past did not say, speak to me in my language, give me free health care, free education, child care, welfare. I want you to let me work but get paid under the table so I don't have to pay taxes.
I say the free ride is over, have the guts and be a leader and lead us not give the problem a new name...that is not a solution that will work. It just causes more illegal aliens. Build the fence and then patrol it, send back the illegal aliens and no more giving social security to those who didn't pay into the system. Manour politicans have caused a bigger problem in the name of political correctness...enough is enough
