Well it’s been sometime since I last posted anything on this website. FMTB has been keeping me busy and for those who are have orders…..be ready! I can't really go into detail what the experience has been like because its will be different for each class. What I can pass on to those who are heading there in the future to keep an open mind and put out the effort in whatever you do. Remember that there will be downtime between events…remember the saying “HURRY UP AND WAIT”. Whining and complaining doesn't make the day go by any faster. There are pros and cons to the course but I feel that typing everything out wouldn’t do any justice. If you truly want to know what it is like, get there. One thing I do want to comment on is that the instructors are helpful and know what they are talking about so listen up. For those interested in getting more info, just send a message and I will be happy to reply. 8 weeks seems like a long time but it isn't, it should be longer but the school have only so much time to training future devil doc's up, so pay attention and put forth the effort.
Well I will be heading up to Los Alamitos, CA real soon to be taking care of Marine Reservist Company (Yes, I am FTS), my previous orders unfortunately got cancelled two weeks ago due to administration mix up so I pick orders to stay in CA. Anyways, best of luck to those future corpsman who are going to be heading to FMTB.
