I seek anyone who was involved with Operation Frequent Wind in April-May 1975, especially corpsmen and grunts from 3/9, as well as ship's company from the USS Duluth (LPD-6), USS Denver (LPD-9) or any other ship which comprised Task Force 76-point something. Was aboard the Pioneer Contender for awhile, the Green Forrest and other MSC ships from which we conducted mostly nighttime medivacs. Would love to get in touch with anybody from this period.

If interested, drop me a line at poghmahone@yahoo.com.

Thanks.

SF,

Howdy Doc:

Ya just gotta love this Operation's name, "Frequent Wind". I think some General had quite a sense of humor! Or perhaps it described a medical condition of someone back in the Pentagon. Aw the mystery of it all.
