Hi, thank you so much for replying to my post. From what I can remember it was Vice Adm on his card but it could have just been Adm. For some reason I remember communications and transporation. I wish I knew more. Seems like transportation was talked more about really. He didn't tell much but I am a question asker and asked some questions. I also remember telling my friend how I though the men look really good in their dress white uniforms. Any of this make sense? She swears it was LTC or something like that but I think I'm more right about the Vice Adm. I sound like a freaking crazed person I know. lol

Oh, and William is his first name. His last name has "man" in there somewhere and Darla swears it also contains "ab" but I don't remember that part. It was a common name but had a different spelling.



He was stationed in Germany in 1998. Was in Desert Storm and Operation Restore Hope.
