Seen anything good at the theater? Rented anything worth recommending?

Post a review or recommendation on this list.

Tell the rest of us if a new movie is worth the money or if we should wait til it comes out on video or if we should avoid it all together :D

Well Ok.. Something that is out on DVD that my family (I.e the girls wanted so we got it..)
Flicka..

It has Tim McGraw in it. He played a good part in Friday Night Lights the movie..

Really a good family flick.

Also if you get a chance.. If you have a "REDBOX" in your area usually around grocery stores.. They are slick. You rent a DVD from it with your credit card for "1" dollar a night. If you return it the next day by 7:00 PM.. you are only charged a dollar. If you keep it for 2 days.. then 2 dollars and so forth, if you have it for over 24 days and have paid on it.. then you own it..

We have done it a few times, no lines etc. On my way to work I just drop it off. You receive your receipts via email and every once in a while they email you a free movie Coupon. I like it as BlockBuster charges way more for 1 night etc..

Just a FYI..

Saw the movie "the condemned" with stone cold steve austin in it. I don't really like movies like that, but it was awesome. I am extremely bored while on PSI duty in port hueneme and found a video store where you can rent movies for 1.50 for 3 nights. In the 5 days I have been a member I have rented about 8 movies. Rudy, Friday Night Lights, Born on the Forth of July, Gangs of New York, Banditas, Invincible, Dirty, and some others. I saw the movie "Pathfinder" in theatres and thought it looked pretty cool in previews. it sucked.
