Ok maybe Im posting this in the wrong place but I couldnt find anywhere else. My question is, can I get married right after boot camp at the Navy chapel? I mean in between going from boot to A school. I know I shouldnt be getting married at this time but my fiance just wants a peice of mind before I leave her for A school. I was wondering if this is at all possible? It would be a spur of the moment kind of thing not a big wedding just family who come to my graduation. No reception or anything like that, we just need someone to marry us. Any information would be great thanks.
I don't believe that what you are requesting is an option, but you can call the number found on this website (https://www.cnic.navy.mil/GreatLakes/Departments/CommandandStaff/ReligiousPrograms/Chapels/index.htm) and ask them direct or wait until your first visit to the chapel at RTC on the first Sunday that you are there and ask then.

I would say no. That is going to be almost impossible to plan while you are in boot. I would recommend waiting until A school. It won't hurt to ask, but it will be very difficult.

I was reading one of your other posts; you don't leave for boot camp until june why not get married before you leave?? If it is just going to be a small and quick ceremony, do it before you leave and have a bigger one later on. My husband and I wanted to get married before our son was born so we went to the court house, got our marriage liscense, went back a few days later and got married. We plan to have our bigger wedding with family in a few years when we can afford it.
