Dependant Parents??

I have a few reserve buddies that have their parents as dependants...do any of you know how to go about doing this? I'd ask PSD but its like a secret evil fortress in there now where they act like gremlins everytime you ask a question thats work related...

Check this form out (http://www.dtic.mil/whs/directives/infomgt/forms/eforms/dd0137-3.pdf) and this guide (http://www.dfas.mil/militarypay/secondarydependencyinformation/secondarydependencyguide.pdf). The folks at PSD should be able to do the rest. If approved, they should get listed on your PG2.
