Reserve Recon HM

I was curious if anyone knew anything about becoming an HM in a USMC reserve recon unit. I understand they cannot currently go through the entire pipeline,but I was wondering what is the process for becoming one? I'm a prior service Marine reservist and was looking into this. I am not currently an EMT or any medical type so I'm not sure if its feasible in the first place. I appreciate for any guidance available.

I'll have to check with the Recon personnel I know and get them to join the forums. They may have answers, though I do know that they need them on the active duty side the house.
