Just wanted to tell everyone that helped me, gave me advice, etc thank you, thank you, thank you!!! :not:
My husband graduates FMTB today! He flew home last week because his father passed away but he finished his last week of training and tests, then flew home after the 8 mile hike. This has been a very different journey for him because of all the family stuff going on but he made it through and we are thankful for all the advice and support from this site, especially Indy, 8404, and Da Chief!

We acknowledge the difficulties your husband certainly went through while attending FMTB, coupled with the loss of his father. Bravo Zulu to your husband for his perseverance and dedication. An additional bravo zulu to the FMTB-West CoC for helping your husband succeed.

A special someone on this website has already reached out to you, with regards to your PCS move to CT. They have a world of knowledge about the base and surrounding area you are going to.
